We offer free worldwide shipping with tracking on all of our products! . We ship around the world Monday - Sunday offering delivery straight to your door - plus total peace of mind with tracking details available.

Canada/Australia/New Zealand
: 7 -16 business days
Europe/United Kingdom/Switzerland: 15 - 25 business days
Russia: 10 - 20 business days
Rest of the World: 30+ days

All shipping times exclude clearance/custom delays.

You will receive your tracking number 4 days after you place your order. 

Need to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order if it was placed within 24 Hours to receive a full refund minus a 20% cancellation fee, no questions asked. Anything over 24 Hours will require a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.

Invalid Reasons: Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Comfy Kiddo. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll fix it straight away. Here at Comfy Kiddo, we make returns simple, easy and quick.

1) You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you received your item(s).

2) All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused. Please note, while we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though!

3) Contact our Customer Service team about your return at In your correspondence, please make sure to include the:

First and Last Name of the Purchaser
Reason for Return
Order Number (This can be found in your original order confirmation email!)
What item(s) are being returned

4) Next, place your order number on the outside of your return package. This step is important! We can't accept any returns without an order number on the package.

5) Finally, please send your return to us using a trackable mailing method (such as UPS, FedEx, Australian post etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used! Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, then your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will get back to you ASAP with return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Information

Comfy Kiddo products are rigorously tested to ensure that the products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with a Comfy Kiddo product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Comfy Kiddo will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.


Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
